We also share our core testing guide with you so you can analyse your core strength, endurance and power, whilst also setting your standards so you can monitor your progress on the programme.
10-WEEK PROGRAMME
The 10-week programme is presented via PDF, and in a fantastic format for you to easily follow in the gym.
These exercises won’t take up too much time, and can be easily integrated into your normal training schedule.
