Train Like A Champion – A History….
At Boxing Science, we’re fortunate to work with some of the biggest names in UK boxing. We’re proud of the reputation we have built and that we’re now engaging with 1000’s of coaches and athletes across the world. Due to our Sheffield location, any were frustrated that they couldn’t take part in the Boxing Science training methods.
To solve this problem, we launched the ‘Train Like A Champion’ program; The ‘Blueprint To Elite Performance’ This is a fully comprehensive 10-week sport science program covering all aspects of sport science in Boxing and Combat sports. This includes;
• S&C programs with detailed exercise demonstrations,
• Running programmes to achieve world level fitness for boxing
• Movement and mobility programmes to enhance movement and flow
• Nutrition guides to make weight better than ever before.
These three programs will take you on a journey to world-level fitness!
The TLAC series consists of programs that compliment each other, and a progressive plan to keep pushing the boundaries of physical performance.
