Every week this course will be updated with a NEW video consisting of strength, conditioning and circuit workouts to help you get fitter, faster and stronger.
This will be updated EVERY SEVEN DAYS from your sign up day.
STRENGTH – Perform 1-2 times per week
CONDITIONING – Perform 2-3 times per week, trying the top and bottom range of the recommended reps
CIRCUITS – Perform at the end of your strength or boxing workouts 1-2 times per week
