Perform each theme for 2-3 minute rounds 👊🏼🔥
We’ve received several questions from athletes on how to mix up and optimise their boxing training without access to equipment
Shadow boxing is the obvious go to – but it can be become a bit mundane and bad habits can develop away from the gym.
1. 20 seconds on 10 seconds off on the jab … only do for a minute (2 Reps)
2. Switch Attack
3. 2 phase attack with Lateral Movement
4. 2 phase attack with step back and change the angle
5. Jab, Head Movement, 2nd Phase Attack
