FIVE Shadow Boxing drills to help improve technique 👊🏼 tactics 🧐 fitness 📈 and avoid stagnation during lockdown ⁣

Perform each theme for 2-3 minute rounds 👊🏼🔥⁣

We’ve received several questions from athletes on how to mix up and optimise their boxing training without access to equipment ⁣

Shadow boxing is the obvious go to – but it can be become a bit mundane and bad habits can develop away from the gym. ⁣

1. 20 seconds on 10 seconds off on the jab … only do for a minute (2 Reps) ⁣

2. Switch Attack ⁣

3. 2 phase attack with Lateral Movement ⁣

4. 2 phase attack with step back and change the angle ⁣

5. Jab, Head Movement, 2nd Phase Attack⁣

2️⃣ Combo, step back, jab, change the angle⁣

3️⃣ Combo, finish with check hook ⁣

4️⃣ Combo, double defence, 2nd phase attack⁣

5️⃣ 10s on (high intensity) 10s off (on jab)⁣
