Exercise of the Month: Landmine Rotations
Following our ‘Stronger Core, Punch Harder’ part 2 we will focus our new ‘exercise of the month’ on a great core exercise that we use at Combat Conditioning.
Landmine Rotation
Landmine rotations are a great core exercise as they involve a number of different core actions, including anti-lateral flexion, anti-rotation and hip flexion with a neutral spine.
