VIDEO: Busy Sheffield City ABC Session

The video above is taken from Sheffield City ABC’s busy Monday night session. The session is open to adults of all abilities, where you can expect a tough workout of skipping, footwork drills, padwork, bags, and body sparring with a gruelling strength and conditioning session to finish off.

About the club

Sheffield City Boxing Club was formed in 2010 following the merger of Woodseats Boxing Club and Sharrow Boxing Club.

In this short space of time the club has gained an enviable reputation within the boxing community producing numerous County Champions, National Champions and most recently, three representatives for the Team GB development squad. Situated just 5 minutes walk from the city centre, with ample free parking, the gym is easily accessible to all. Catering for every level, from beginner to elite fighters, the gym doors are open to everyone.

Classes cost just £2.50 per session and include non-contact sessions. If you’re simply looking to get fit or you would like to try your hand in the ring in a safe and supportive environment, Sheffield City Boxing Club welcomes you.

Come watch the boys box – Saturday 7th November

You can come see the talent your self on Saturday 7th November at Sheffield Works Social Club. With over 15 amateur bouts, you are not going to be short of Saturday night boxing entertainment.
