S&C Support for Swimming During Lockdown

Tim Jarrett is an experienced S&C coach based at University of Leeds, currently working with City of Leeds Swimming club and has a lead role in Swim England. ⁣

We discuss was to replicate the demands of Boxing, Football and Rugby … which can be pretty easy and achievable. Swimming is totally different as most athletes will have no access to their swimming pools. ⁣
