Leigh Wood

Leigh Wood has been using the Boxing Science programme over the several years.

The talent of the Nottingham Featherweight has been murmured across boxing gyms, however only recently become a headline act following winning the Commonwealth title and being a key player in MTK’s Golden Contract Tournament.

Leigh has worked with Boxing Science on remote training camps, utilised our programming strategies and taken part in our physiological assessments.
