Back in June we shared a video of local prospect Nicolie Campbell progressing really well with hang cleans. Now we have challenged him further with performing full cleans starting from the floor.

Lifting from the floor challenges performing the clean with an increased range of motion and requires more elastic strength from the hamstrings, glutes, calves and quads.
