A full strength and conditioning program to improve the athletic ability of boxers and combat athletes.

Programs are individualized and structured for long term athletic development. The programs are focused on developing strength, power, speed and aerobic fitness for Boxing.

Optimal physical performance is ensured with performance testing, training monitoring and wellness assessments.

Price: £6 per session for 10 week packages or £7 per session for 8 week packages.
